How to Create a Wreath With Living Herbs

What if your wreath was more than just a wreath?What if your wreath was a miniature herb garden that hung on the wall just outside your kitchen window?Here's a wreath made from living herbs and moss that you can create in under two hours. See the step-by-step instructions below.
Making this wreath is so simple. All you need is a wreath form (found at most home and garden centers), moss, florist wire and trimmers and herbs.The hardest part about making this project is deciding on which herbs you want to add to your wreath.
Step 1: Purchase wreath formYou can find these at most garden centers or florists.This one came with a back that you could remove so it made it easy to insert the moss.
Step 2: Layer moss in wreath formRemove the back.Layer moss in base of wreath form.This is your base to retain moisture and provide a base for your herbs to grow.Most websites recommended using sphagnum peat moss.
Step 3: Replace back of wreath form and soak mossOnce you have layered your moss, replace the back on the wreath. It should click into place and hold your moss in place once it's closed.Soak the moss to make sure it is ready for planting the herbs.
Step 4: Plant herbsLine up the plants evenly and determine the order you want the herbs to be place into the wreath.I used eight containers of creeping herbs: two rosemary, three thyme and three oregano.Simple basic herbs that I would use in cooking or making customized room scents.I inserted the herb from the container with the dirt ball still attached into the hole in the moss and then tucked extra moss around it to hold it in place (see above).I used floral wire to “train” some of the creepers on individual plants.Eventually the herbs should grow and fill in and completely cover the wreath. Make sure you don't layer in the herbs too close together or they won't have room to grow.

If not, is it okay to use regular spray can scented deodorizers or the scents will cause the herbs to look old or even die? 🤔
What is the depth of the wreath form?
I'm looking forward to doing this but having trouble finding (online) a wreath form that seems deep enough. Who knows the depth of the wreath form?
