Rose Gold is hugely popular not only in jewelry but also in home decor. I was thrilled to see rose gold ornaments at Dollar Tree and knew immediately that I wanted to make an ornament wreath.
This is such an easy process but really is eye catching especially with the beautiful rose gold ornaments. You would never know that this wreath cost under $10 to make! Let me show you how:
Start by covering the wreath form with foam batting to cover the wire and also make it easier to attach the ornaments.
Then cover the entire wreath with the gold mesh. You will see this on the sides of the wreath and don’t want to add ornaments to the side as it won’t lie flat against the wall.
Then cover the entire wreath with the gold mesh. You will see this on the sides of the wreath and don’t want to add ornaments to the side as it won’t lie flat against the wall.
Next, attach hot glue to the ornament cap and just below the cap and start adding the ornaments working from the inside of the wreath to the outside. Again, make sure you can hang the wreath flat.
I used 4 large packs of ornaments and 2 small packs. Once you get going it comes together very quickly. I had the entire wreath done start to finish in under an hour. If you liked this ornament wreath, here is another that I made last year. https://ourcraftymom.com/diy-christmas-ball-ornament-wreath/

I have done two of theses! Sad to say, I didn’t get mine done for 10.00. Finished, they were worth every penny! One is gold, ivory, and silver glass balls. VERY fragile!!! (Stories there…). The other is fall colors in plastic, They are fabulous, and I love them. Lots of balls and LOTS of hot glue. Thanks for the tutorial.
