my daughter and I made an ornament wreath from pool noodles. When hung it sags so bad it becomes an oval. Any ideas how to add support now that it’s done??

You can take an actual Santa hat, turn it upside down, and fill with ribbon, flowers, ornaments, or Christmas decor.
Add white mesh ribbon to the white brim so that it is very full. Then add small red ball ornaments to the mesh.
Cut one out of plywood, paint and add family name on the "fur".
