Create a stress-free Christmas mantel you can assemble in 30 minutes or less year after year. Step by step instructions on how to create a beautiful mantel.

Here is my every day mantel, which is really simple! It is only 8 inches wide, so I also create a very simple Christmas design.
Step 1:
Place stocking holders on mantel.
Step 2:
Place garland, plug into extension cord/wall, and fix any burned out light bulbs.
Step 2:
Hide extension cord with Command Clips along edge of moulding.
Step 3:
Add candle pillars and candles plus little ornaments.
Step 4:
Place large ornaments that coordinate with your room.
Step 5:
Add some glitter, with sparkling picks throughout the mantel.
Step 6:
Hang stockings on the stocking holders.
Step 7:
Light the candles, the fire, and enjoy!
