DIY Farmhouse Christmas Garland

Every year, I do a little something different with our tree. This year, I formed the adjustable rulers I have been collecting into stars and I put them in the tree. I then added our white porcelain ornaments. When I stepped back and looked at it, it was great, but the tree needed something else. This DIY Farmhouse Christmas Garland was exactly what it needed.
I had the {afilink} jute webbing and rope twine on hand. I thought they would make a beautiful Christmas garland if I put them together.

All I did was hot glue the twine to the end of the jute webbing.
Then, I rolled the end of the webbing over the twine and hot glued it down. I cut the webbing to my desired length and then moved on to the next "pennant" of the garland.
I did this about every 4" until I had the desired length of garland.

Then, I cut the ends of each pennant.
This DIY Christmas Garland is exactly what our tree needed this year. I love it so much that I will be making more to use at parties, on tablescapes and other holidays!!
