Santa's Cabin-in-the-Woods Christmas Tree
The holiday season is a time for feeling cozy at Last year I themed a Santa's Cabin-in-the-Woods favorite things tree - reindeer, plaid, cozy knits, birch logs, and snow. Here's a little peek of my home tour!
Santa is one of the busiest guys around. He has so much to do - all the toy making, checking naughty and nice lists, eating cookies, cleaning his sleigh, and taking care of his reindeer. Just like we all do, sometimes even Santa needs a vacation!
Santa's favorite getaway is to his cabin in the woods. Santa loves to relax in his cabin with Mrs. Clause in front of the fire, enjoying the tree, sipping hot cocoa, watching the snow fall and maybe throwing a snowball or two! This is what his tree might look like.
An old sweater repurposed into Christmas ornaments.

I created specialty designer ribbon using inexpensive ribbon and a glue gun.
Love to add fun details around the tree.

Now this is what I think of when I think Christmas. I love the homesie comfy look of decorations that look home crafted. It screams Christmas more than the modern thing. But then that's why we are different so we can all be happy!
