How to Make a DIY Feathered Christmas Tree

These Feathered Christmas Trees are a great craft idea for just about anyone-it’s so easy to make and they are super affordable.
See the step by step video to see how to make a feathered Christmas tree.
This is the "before" of the foam cones. Spray paint the cones.
Measure off the rows for where to glue the feathers. This step will help you keep the rows even.
Trim and glue on the first first row of feathers.
Continue gluing on the feathers using smaller feathers as you move up the tree. I’m such a symmetrical person, that the next time that I do this easy Christmas craft, I will use all the same feathers. Using different feathers pushed me too far out of my box.
When you get all the way to the top, trim as to the decorative part of the feather and glue on the feathers and give a little squeeze to create a point. That’s it! This truly is a simple and affordable Christmas craft perfect for the DIY’er or the “not so crafty.” This craft makes a beautiful Christmas decoration for you mantle or centerpiece.
And, here it is. Isn't it so fun? You can make these trees with any type of feathers. I hope that this has inspire you to make some fun feather trees.
