Hi Tammy. I'm Cindy. Begin by spraying the inside of an ornament with Krylon Looking Glass spray paint. Swirl it around so that the entire inside is covered. While the paint is still wet, Spray a solution of equal parts of water and vinegar. This will make the paint bubble up. Then blot the ornament with a bunched up paper towel until you get the look you want. Allow it to dry 24 hours. Good luck Tammy.
