Stenciled Woodblock Christmas Tree

This month I joined up with 18 of my blogger friends and Cutting Edge Stencils to bring you an assortment of fabulous stenciled holiday projects. I created a fun little Christmas Tree woodblock display using a few pieces of wood from my scrap pile and the scroll Christmas Tree stencil.
After selecting just the right pieces of wood and gathering my paint and brushes it was time to get crafty. I used a clamp to hold the wood tightly together, and since it was such an awkward shape, I just did my best to hold the stencil as still as possible while I painted.
