How To Make A Personalized Wood Serving Tray

This personalized wood serving tray will look great in any home and also makes a thoughtful gift idea for Christmas, weddings or any other occasion. Let me show you how easy it is to make!
Here is what you need to make this wood serving tray:
Supplies
- 1×15 x 15″ Unfinished Wood Board
- Minwax Wood Stain-Walnut
- Liberty Handle Bar Pulls
- Foam Brush
- Cricut Vinyl – Midnight
Start by staining the wood board with 2 coats of stain. I used walnut, which has a nice, deep rich tone. It shows the different textures in the wood, which I love.
Next up, create the monogram using vinyl ( I used black) and Cricut Design Space.
Finally, weed, or remove, any of the vinyl around the monogram and attach it to your wood board. This is a gift for my niece and her fiance. I decided to leave off the embellishments and just use the letter K, as it goes with their style a little better.
I hope you enjoyed this gift idea and will check out other thrifty crafts and diy projects on my blog. I love to connect with new readers!
