Rosette Framed Mirror

I picked up this mirror at a thrift store a couple of weekends ago and knew it would look great with a new paint job. Then while I was just starting to doze off one night, I had the idea to go one step further.
As you can see this was just a simple mirror before, but after painting it in DIY chalk paint, I added these sweet rosettes!
They are made from strips of drop-cloth. Follow the link to my blog post at the bottom for a video tutorial.
I love how sweet this turned out.
It makes me wish I had a little girl's room to decorate!
No need to be concerned about the rosettes collecting dust, just take your vacuum hose to it every once in a while.
These rosettes are perfect to add a sweet detail to just about anything!
