Hi Janis. I'm Cindy. Blow up a balloon. Make a mixture of white glue and water. Cut newspaper in to long strips. Put a long strip into the glue mixture and place it on the balloon. Repeat until the entire balloon is covered. Allow to dry. Pop the balloon with a safety pin. Next paint it to resemble a pumpkin. Best of luck to you.
