Use E6000 glue. It holds up to heat and sun....dries clear.

Did You break the shot glass
. E6000 is good for gluing different things together. I use it all the time. Try using liquid super glue. Will work better. FYI....liquid superglue for non porous items and gel superglue for porous items. I have used it on many things I sell on Ebay. Ceramics, porcelain, glass, crystal, copper, brass, sneakers, etc.
