$5 DIY Alphabet Learning Blocks

We have been working on ABC’s and 123’s for a while. However, now it is time to step up our game. We need to get ready for phonics and simple word reading. My little guy loves building blocks and I wanted to incorporate that. I looked up some alphabet blocks and couldn’t quite find what I wanted, nor for the price that I wanted.
So I decided to DIY it up. These alphabet blocks cost less than $5.00 to make.
So simple to assemble and takes only 30 minutes - 1 hour to make.
Adding the velcro allows for word making as an additional teaching aid.
