Beautiful String Dispenser From a Soda Bottle

10 Minutes
Easy
You can make a very beautiful string dispenser in minutes! Use any size bottle you wish. I used a plastic 16 oz coke bottle because I liked the curved design.
SUPPLIES

Plastic 16 oz bottle

Drill

Ribbon

Glue

Artificial Flowers

Ball of twine
Cut a door type opening large enough in the back of the bottle to slip your ball of string into.
Drill a small hole into the lid which your string will feed through.
Decorate the outside with whatever you want. I use wide ribbon and an artificial flower. I then attached smaller ribbon to it so I could "tie" the decoration around it and then easily remove it to change the string later. MORE DETAILS AND PHOTOS ON POST BELOW.

Super cute idea!! U could use Velcro to attach the flower so u could switch it out for the holidays. Gotta go drink some water!

Excellent idea, made even better by Bonnie’s Velcro idea. Definitely making 3 of these: string, twine, nylon filament. Going to mount 3 folding cup holders, from the Auto Parts or RV store, to the backsplash of my laundry/utility sink counter to hold them.
