A light lamp went on my way, she needed a serious refit and a lampshade. And I had a paper basket that only wanted to live a second life more poetic.
So I retrieve these unused objects so that they become a useful and pretty decoration while preserving the environment and satisfying my handyman's soul by diverting them in birdcage lamp with its fairy terrarium, childish & kitsch, with soquet and switch, to put on a bedside table.
paint the basket and turn it over
paint the branches and glue them
stick the birds on the branches

stick the butterflies on the basket
to hide the ends of the branches

make the garlands:
on the nylon thread alternates a pompom, a piece of straw, a pompom, a pearl, a tassel and so on
and we attach to the lampshade
glue a garland of greenery and flowers along the stick that supports the lampshade
we paint the base in grass green
we glue pebbles,
flowers, leaves and miniatures
we polish it all

insert it on the soquet and screw the bulb
It's over, we light our bird cage bedside
and garden becomes magical!
