DIY Hemp String Lamp

I like to reclaim any electrical fitting that is safe to be used. Lamps as such are very simple electrical appliance with no moving parts, apart from a switch. This makes them very easy to transform and decorate. For this project, you don't need any special skills, nor you need to be a certified electrician.
All you need are the following items and willingness to get some glue on your hands.
1 Balloon or a beach ball, the size of which should be according to your desired lampshade size;
Hemp String;
Stretch Folio (you may need it if you are using beach ball you want to keep clean)
ModPodge, or other water-based drying craft glue;
Plastic gloves for protection (for protection, optional)
Markers;
Follow the images bellow, or the written instructions in the link.

I love this idea and want to make a few in different sizes. I love hanging lamps and lanterns! -
