Fill bottom of tin or basket with paper so as not to use a lot of expensive floral foam.
Add crumpled up paper as a filler to bottom of container as filler.

Add foam so it is snuggly in container. Do not glue to container this way you can change your arrangement out any time
Spanish Moss
Using floral pick lay moss atop and pin it down.
Finished base
Get silk florals to gather and cut the bunches apart using using Side cutters
Using pick machine place item into bare spots.

Hot glue skillet Dip in picked floral stem and insert in container foam.
Start in center and work in a fan like fashion. Filling in all empty spaces.
