How To Make a Magnolia Wreath

I have long been a fan of magnolia wreaths. They are so perfectly Southern and farmhouse and lovely! I found a friend with a giant magnolia who was happy to share a few branches and finally took the time to make this wreath!
This wreath only took minutes to make! And it is not the perfect way to greet my backyard guests! And I can't wait to add a giant red bow for Christmas!
Gather your supplies: grapevine wreath, pruners, 5-7 magnolia branches, floral wire
Cut each branch to about 10-12 inches. Lay the branch on the wreath and begin wrapping the wire around the wreath securing the branch.
Continue to add branches until the wreath is covered.
Add a few more leaves of cover any bare places.
I am so pleased with the end result! It took less than 30 minutes to make. I am not sure how long the leaves will stay fresh? I have had it hanging for over a week and they are still very fresh!
