Size chart for four different size Pom-Poms.
Different sized tissue paper and the amount of sheets used will determine different sized pom-poms.
The tissue paper is folded accordion style.
The tips of the folded tissue paper can be rounded or pointed.
The tissue paper folds are pulled apart to create the full pouf of the pom-poms.

Personally I think she gave clear instructions but since I make quilts these are simple steps unlike some of quilt patterns.
