I Made A Charger From A Pizza Pan

I was in Walmart looking at the galvanized beverage dispensers and decided I wanted metal plate chargers. There weren't any so I had to come up with a plan to make my own. I continued to browse but nothing was the right size. On to Dollar Tree. I went up and down the aisle and there it was, I spied a pizza pan. I got a plate to figure out if it would be the right size. Perfection!
Of course, I needed to take the pizza pan look away and add more style to it. No problem, I had a plan to do that.
I used silver spray paint to put down a base coat. Once the paint dried, I used black craft paint and swirled it around. I dabbed some silver and white craft paint here and there and continued to blend until I got the look I wanted.
It isn't quite the galvanized look I originally was thinking about, but I decided I liked the effect and waxed it with dark wax. I decided to give the charger, even more, protection by sealing it with Polycrylic. My final step, after I went back and made three more pizza pan plate chargers was to set the table.
