July 4th Flatware and Napkin Holders or Table Lights
Started out to make them table lights, then changes my mind. They will now be flatware and napkin holders
Supplies needed 4 pack 1.99 flags from hobby lobby, pickle jars or any jar. Crafters glue, the Ultimate glue, and sisel rope
