Make these cool and inexpensive Pendant Banner String Lights out of regular Christmas lights! All you will need is some paint and scrap fabric....probably stuff you already have in your house! It was a little time consuming painting over the green Christmas light string, but the skills you need are few!
This is the finished product. Painted and pendants added!
You can start with basic Christmas Lights.
