Miniature Dollhouse Dino Teddy

My son has a dinosaur teddy which is his favourite so I decided to try make a miniature one for a dollhouse that I recently finished building.
The only materials I needed for this project were aluminium foil, multipurpose glue, a tiny amount of scrap fabric, a black marker and the original Teddy.
I started by using a small amount of aluminium foil to form the shape of the dino teddy. I started with the belly, then rolled another piece to make the head, then legs & arms etc. I used the multipurpose glue to glue all the body parts together.
Next I gave the original teddy a tiny little hair cut. As it is quite a fluffy teddy, I could easily trim a little of its fur in a few different areas without it being noticeable.
Once I had some of the teddys fur, I then started glueing it onto the miniature teddy, working in small sections at a time.
Once I had covered it all in fur I then left it for a few hours to dry.
While it was drying, I searched the house for some fabric I could use to make the tail, feet & horn.
I managed to find an old & torn shopping bag that matched the tail colour perfectly and some black & white fabric left over from another project for the feet & horn.
I cut out the little shapes for the tail, feet & horn and then glued them onto the miniature teddy.
Lastly, I used a thin permanent marker to make two little dots on it’s face for the eyes.
Im pretty happy with how this project turned out. My son was so excited when I showed him. ❤️
Im actually keen to try make some more, as the kids have soo many different teddies I could replicate. 😂
