You could make frames out of 2x2's, stretch them onto the frames and hang them on the wall if you have a blank wall that one would look good on. You could even use one to make a padded head board for a bed by making a frame to attach to the bed frame, or hang on the wall, folding it to cover the whole frame and make a great headboard.Helpful Reply -

Are they full sized? You can always have a frame made that the quilt fits into. it would be like a very large piece of wall art. Or, you could have a box made and compress the quilt into it so that your favorite part shows through the display window. That would stick out from the wall more, but would take up much less space than the first option.Helpful Reply -

Hi Maria! I have some vintage linens that I have been thinking of displaying on a ladder, to enjoy them. I think unusual displays are always interesting. I've also seen them folded on a bakers rack (quilts) and it was pretty. Here's some pretty displays:https://www.pinterest.com/pin/381891243375406337/https://www.pinterest.com/pin/571183165225949456/Helpful Reply -

What a lovely thing to have. Besides using them on a bed you can frame them too. This article might give you some ideas - http://www.right-sides-together.com/four-ways-to-hang-a-quilt/Helpful Reply -

Maria...I have an antique bedroom with my great grandmother's furniture and I also had a quilt she made. I wanted to hang it in that room and decided to purchase a nice antique looking curtain rod. My husband finished a nice piece of wood, stained it very close to the furniture, attached the rod to the board, attached it than to the wall. I folded the quilt and draped it over the rod. It really looks nice and just brought the room together! Hope this helps a little.Helpful Reply -
