Try using COMMAND strips for hanging pictures. Visit their website and check out the products. Keep in mind that the back will be reflected in the mirror unless they are snugly fit to the surface.
You can use blue painter's tape and tape the photos to the mirror. You could also use a double stick tape. The tape won't damage the mirror and won't damage the photo when you go to remove them.

Try using glue dots to back of photos and place directly on the mirror, double sided tape might work also
