The main query re putting the TV on the wall, are the cables, Ariel, power, link to cable TV & Netflix etc. Without it looking messy. I know about the fixing of the wall frames.
Amazon, as well as many places, sells a wall mount kit for you to do exactly this! Here's one to give you an idea. Good Luck :)

Hey Bob. You need Mounting Hardware and at least 1 other man to help. It is not a Job women show much interest in doing. After you get that mounting kit, You need to read all the instructions to assemble it. First thing you do Bob is find the 'Ceiling Level Point' this is where the ceiling is most level and will not distract you from the TV. Then once you find that level point you need to Get to the Area you want to mount that TV. Not too high, not too low, usually Just right in between 46" and 64" from the Ceiling is a Good Height for the Bottom of the Mount. You Measure down from the Ceiling Level to where you need your bolts not Up from a Carpet that is never level. Once you get all your marks where you need the bolts to sink those into Studs, you can predrill your holes. After that You just place the two bottom bolts in First and you can go about securing the rest maintains a 'Perfection of Level' before Tightening in all bolts that come with the mounting kit. Once that is done you need to mount the TV to that. This should have 4 or 6 Bolts reliant on the Model. Mske sure these are 'gudenteit'. Once that good n tight is acheived, Voila. You have then mounted your TV and can relax on the Sofa or Chair or Couch. Enjoy!
