What kind of covers do you want to make? They can be made using strips of fabric wrapped around them with the end hot-glued for security, they can be covered with wrapped yarn, a sleeve with a hook & loop closure can be sewn for them and they can also be spray painted... I hope this helps!
Myrta....If you want christmas you can use a washrag (color of you choice) and velcro to close it then purchase some flannel santa faces, candy canes, ornaments, etc and sew on the rag. Should work...I have one made with flannel but purchased mine and felt a washrag would work. Of course, flannel would work. Good luck
