Is it possible to re- silver an old mirror to look as good as new?

Yes! They sell do it yourself kits. I have never personally used one. I paid to have one of my mirrors done profesionally and paid about $25 a square foot. -

Yes, you can find the product in the spray paint section. Just a word of caution, if it is an antique mirror you will decrease the value of it by redoing. If this isn't a concern I've used Looking Glass paint with success and I know there are other brands as well. -

I haven't tried this yet, but plan to....I purchased a can of the new "mirror" paint. Spray it on glass and the opposite side looks like mirror. Hoping it works to touch up spots on an old mirror...btw....it's not an expensive mirror, so won't matter much if it doesn't work. Anyone else tried this?
