You could frame a cookie sheet and then glue magnets on your containers so they will attach to the sheet.

Do you want instructions on how to make one, a specific project or where to buy one?
Simply use a cookie sheet, cover with thin fabric if you don't like the metal look and then attach small magnets to all your cosmetic items so they'll adhere to the metal area. I use the back of my medicine cabinet door to store, blush, tubes of makeup, etc. I love that everything is readily available and all I have to do is close the door to make it invisible to anyone using my bathroom. It gets most of the clutter off my vanity/counter top.
