Almost any paint can be used on glass... just clean it really well with alcohol before painting... and let dry before changing colors -

I use acrylic paints for glass that I paint on. You can find them in any craft store like Michael's, or in Walmart in the craft department. Just paint on a clean surface like Marty said above.![]()

OH... if you want to use the item for food service... paint on the back of clear glass plates..or use a food safe paint. -

I used acrylic paints to put flowers on my mom's sliding glass doors at eye level so that everyone would see that the door was closed and not open. They were so clean you didn't know unless you looked for the handle. I embroidered on the screen the same way to keep them from being damaged by kids not looking and trying to walk through them. -

I used to paint landscapes on mirrors and glass panes. I used acrylic paints and they worked perfectly.
