While repurposing a soda bottle isn’t a brand new concept, you can use your imagination to make any craft original. Your kids can help you with this one; I used an empty Dr Pepper plastic bottle to make a cute votive holder!

You can use your new Repurposed Soda Bottle craft many times throughout the year. If painted in bright colors, I think these would make a cute addition to a kid’s birthday party table too!

What kind of paint. Did you prep paint first? I'm trying the same ideal a bit different, everytime I try paint it doesn't stick well. Is there a primer?

i would reshoot with non-wick flameless candle (with obvious fake flame (oval type)) so people dont suggest flameless.

If you really wish to use a real candle, fill the base with sand first and add a tealight candle to the centre, pushed into the sand so there is only a couple of mm's of the tealight rim holder above the sand. Make sure the jute handle is out of the way before you light it obviously.
