Tissue Box Flower Vase

by Maggie May's Gifts
(IC: homeowner)
Repurposing at its best! Don't throw away those pretty tissue boxes. Turn them into festive flower vases.
Make the most of all the fun Kleenex box designs by turning the empty boxes into flower vases.
Open up a side of the box and slide a jar or small vase (with water) in.
Close it up with a little glue.
Place your flowers into the hole in the box (so they land in the jar of water)
Beautiful vase!
This works with larger boxes, too! My vase was too tall here, so if you use a shorter one you won't see the top of the glass :)
Enjoyed the project?

I use the empty square boxes to hold my balls of yarn while crochet/knitting. They are just the right size for one skein, and keep my yarn clean and under control. -
