Serving trays have become essential now a days! From large to small, square or round, there are all styles!

A friend had asked me to make a tray for a gift she had to give, she wanted it to be 24 x 18, I just happen to have a few boards that were perfect in length.

So I measured out 3” on 2 boards and my husband cut them out for me, which gave me 6 for the bottom of the tray and 4 for the sides!

After they were cut into 24” slats i glued them together, so they have the slat look!

This is what the bottom of the tray looks like, put 6 pieces together, once the bottom was dried, we added the sides ( forgot to take pictures of this part) putting the sides together was a little difficult, so I asked my hubby for help! He is great to work with!!!

After it was all dried, we sprayed it a Heirloom White! And her is the finished product! The person who record this gift loved, here it is staged!!
