Boho Wall Decor for Girls Room
Sharing how I made this framed boho wall decor with my Cricut Explore Air 2 for my daughters room. I used iron material and canvas to make organic looking wall art to create a boho feel.
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Cricut. All opinions are 100% mine.
I painted my two year old’s room Sherwin Williams Stillwater when we moved in about a year ago. It’s such a perfect color. But I hadn’t got around to adding anything to the walls until this week. I knew I wanted something natural with boho vibes, but also fun and playful fitting for a two year old.
I love how the dark blue looks with wood tones and natural materials, so I grabbed an $11 canvas drop cloth from Lowes to add my iron on designs to.
All you need for this project is:
- Picture frames
- Cricut Explore Air 2
- Cricut Iron-on Material
- Cricut Standard Grip Machine Mat
- Easy Press 2 or Iron
I also love using this weeding tool set to make the weeding process smoother and faster.
I chose my 3 designs from the Cricut Design Space. You can get the ones I used here, or search for your own. Be sure to resize them to fit your frames however you like.
After you cut the designs into your iron on material and cut your canvas pieces to fit, use the Cricut Heat Guide to set up your Easy Press 2 to adhere them.
Then pop the designs into your frames and it’s time to get them up on the wall.
I actually built this picture ledge myself for this project as well. I procrastinated too long to order one, and then realized it was fairly cheap and easy to build my own, so decided to go that route. So glad I did!
Quinny’s room was due for a little extra love, and she was excited to see her new boho wall art!
