Building Trees

Anyone who knows me knows I have an eclectic way of decorating. So... I built 2 trees: a "Family Tree" in the foyer and a giant bonsai in my bedroom. Painted the trunk and branches and attached fake branches and pine boughs. Will change the leaves with each season. What do you think?

Autumn Family Tree
I bought fake branches which can be found at any Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Try to find the seasonal sales.
Winter Family Tree
I used no damage picture hangers to secure the branches on the wall.

We moved into a home that had forest all around us. Unfortunately, it was a tree farm and they logged it a couple of years ago. I miss the trees but this is an awesome idea! I can bring trees indoors without all the mess!!! GREAT idea! I just hope I can mimic your talent....
