Can crown molding be added to room with popcorn ceiling?

Yes it can - 2 options, snap a line & remove the popcorn in said area or apply over the popcorn & caulk it (warning that can look very cheesy while the other one can be hard to pull off a very clean look)Personally I would remove all the popcorn & spray a lite texture after fixing any issuesHelpful Reply -
