not easily...most concrete staining is done to mimic natural stone or to just provide some color and style. Laying hardwood "on" concrete is possible but not the best due to install and moisture issues. There are tiles that look like wood. A concrete product would most likely be stamped with a wood grain so you would have texture.

Yes, Pam, you can ! It can be applied to existing conc floors OR can be stamped into the conc while its fresh. You need to find the artisans who have the ability & talent to achieve the look you wish ! Send me a note & I'll recommend several. Having retired, i don't accept work thru h/t but taught the overlay technique to several local artisans.

Pam, the overlay material creates a "fresh canvas" for our artists to apply the faux wood finish upon. Once set, we cut lines into the concrete to provide the illusion of wood boards. Its a time consuming process, but the end result is stunning.
