Has anyone tried to paint over the old tile floor in a bath room? Tile being ceramic. If so what did you use and how did

Can't demo the floor right now but would love some information on the options

I painted over some ceramic wall tile using 123 Zinzer primer , then left it for a week and let it harden real good . First you should scuff it first with a Scotch Pad or real fine paper for adhesion . Then paint with a good quality paint . If using on a floor you might need an extra bathroom . It's not a quick job !! Good luck !!
