You can replace just the damaged ones or use wood filler and refinish
You can add first some wood filler matching with the color of your floor then add on top of all a nice floor varnish to update the flor look
You haven’t mentioned the color of your floors or the room they are in. I used a product called Howard Orange Oil Wood Polish (not Orange Glo) on some pretty rough oak cabinets. It colored the scratches to match the oak and the cabinets looked new. You could try it on a small spot and see if it works for you. I purchased it at Ace Hardware.
