It depends on how handy you are and how much time you have on your hands. I would say give it a go. I always try to do things myself, because if they don't work out, then you can call a professional, but I at least give it a shot. I've had pretty good luck so far!Helpful Reply -

This is a broad question-- do you know and have the tools to put down real tile? Are you talking about installing real wood or plank (plank can easily be done by yourself). Peel and stick vinyl can be done by yourself... it all depends on what you want.Helpful Reply -

We replaced our linoleum numerous times ourselves. However, there were problems with the underlayment from when the house was built and the tile would break up. We went with a professional this last time and had linoleum put down.Helpful Reply -

You can do it yourself these days depending on what you want but Bunnings has got cheap Vinyl wood planks you buy by the box & are great flooring or you can get clip clack planks tht clip into each other very cheap & niceHelpful Reply -
