When installing new floor tile, do you tile under the cabinets?

I completely gutted my kitchen and am radii to install a new floor. Do I tile under the new cabinets and appliances or just up to where they begin

If your kitchen is gutted anyway, tile wall to wall. Any new appliances may be a different size, & it’s easier to pull out appliances for cleaning. Check for clearance of dishwasher from floor to under countertop (I was almost caught that way - dishwasher wouldn’t have opened), & upper Cupboards. There’s only a little more cost & gives clean lines & sound insulation for downstairs (if needed). -
