End Grain Cobble Block Wood Tile Flooring
Just wondering what people thought about our end grain wood tile flooring idea. So many different ways to lay out. What's your favorite?
Thanks, but we have a cement slab foundation.
Run it the length of the room not the short. More visually appealing without bringing attention to it. If you were installing in a hallway, would you run it the length of the hall or the width.
Hi Terri. I'm Cindy. Joy is right. You should run those floor boards opposite of your subfloor. Be sure to leave room on all edges. This will allow room for the hard wood to swell during wet weather. You can cover that empty space with quarter-round trim. Hope you find this info helpful. Best of luck to you.
