Hairline cracks are usually not an issue. Just keep an eye on it and if it widens, then you have an issue. Saying that, if you know a reputable and trusted foundation company, they usually will give a free estimate if work is needed. Please do research on any foundation company you pick. Sorry to say it's one of the types of businesses that is full of scammers.

A good contractor should be able to give you some advice. The crack can be filled by you with the ready made products available at your local hardware store.
