How do I make sure morning glory plant prevent not to produce?

Pull the weed. If it grows back pull it again. It will eventually run out of energy and quit coming back. Persistence is the key.Helpful Reply -

Morning glories self seed and can come up even years later. You can continually pour boiling water or vinegar on it.Helpful Reply -

I just keep pulling those darn shoots out of the ground which seems to help. If they get to seed, I've clipped the seed pods off before they drop. It's a pain for sure.Helpful Reply -
