Start seeds about 6 weeks before the last frost in your area, Sandra.
To help get started you need to know what planting Zone you live at. and the number of days for your seeds to germinate usually can start them 4-6 weeks? before the last frost in your area and the weather starts warming up then you can plant them outside you need to know whether they will be annuals or perennials depending on the flower plants you are going to use and whether they need full sun or a shady area.
