How can I encourage my Money Plant to grow?

Leaves are turning brown, and the plant is not thriving. Any suggestions on what it needs?

It definitely needs to be really dry between waters. When you do water, make sure it is just enough, don't over saturate. A fertilizer will help with any nutrients it is lacking.
What kind of money does it produce? I need one.
I would check with a nursery.
Money plants grow well in poor soils and shaded conditions. Water requirements are minimal, but good drainage is essential.
