    You will have to train it using a velcro gardening tape.

    You will need to wrap around your pool and allow it to grow naturally. You can a bread wrapper tie to help it stay in place until it grows on its own

    My mother uses lightweight string to get them headed in the right direction. Old stockings are also a great tool for tying in the garden. I use them for tying up branches..and also I do it after it has rain...as branches are more pliable and less apt to break
