Please help me identify this weed or plant

I ordered four o'clocks and though these seeds looked quite different I just assumed that since they were a different color of four o' clocks that the seeds were different. This plant looks to resemble pokeweed or deerweed to me but I'm not sure. Please help. Thanks!

I believe so too. After looking up the images and information for deadly nightshade, I do believe that's what it is. Thank you guys so much.

I thought night shade too, but isn't night shades' blooms purple?

Deadly nightshade has different leaves and purple berries. The berries are poisonous. It climbs up bushes and I just spent the morning killing about an acre of it, lol
