Vine footprints stuck to the house.

We have a clematis vine that became unruly and it attached itself to the house. We pulled it away and it left footprints. How do we remove them, short of sanding the house and repainting? They are nasty things.

You got it. Leave it alone or sand and repaint. Chances are the current paint has already deteriorated due to the vine attachment.

Hi Sandy, Best to let nature take it course. They will fall off eventually.

    Hi Sandy,
Sorry that this plant damaged your house. What is your house made of? That would help with the answer.

It's the cement type of board siding. Can't remember the brand.
